Building the Response to Traumatic Death and Suicide: Facilitator Training

Description: Facilitators develop the skills to support schools in having a functioning crisis team that is embedded in the positive culture and climate of the school building & prepared to respond to traumatic loss. This curriculum provides interactive training sessions designed to be delivered to building level and district level crisis teams, allowing teams to practice postvention principles and plan responses to situations that include complex variables with the idea that crisis teams should always be preparing and practicing for when an unfortunate event occurs.
